All Whitney Boin rings may be returned for merchandise credit.  A merchandise credit can be used to purchase any Whitney Boin product at any time.  There is no time limit on our merchandise credits.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns should be sent Registered Mail and Insured with a return authorization number. Return shipping of merchandise can be expedited for a fee by requesting our insured drop ship label.

Each ring is a special order made in your size and style selection.  Special orders are final sales, they may be returned for sizing adjustments at no additional cost within one year of purchase.
